Post Mom
Privacy Policy
Last updated October 26, 2026
Post Mom is a content dashboard that helps creators plan, schedule and track their posts. It is operated by Kevin Tung (“we”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to have it removed.
What we collect
- Your sign-in email, used to identify your workspace.
- Connected social accounts. When you connect Instagram, TikTok or YouTube, the platform gives us an access token. With it we read your account’s username and ID, basic profile details, public stats (such as follower counts) and the list of your posts or videos with their metrics. Access is read-only: we do not post, comment, message or change anything on your accounts.
- Content you add, such as video titles, captions, posting schedules and notes, including anything you import from Google Drive or Notion.
How we use it
Only to run the dashboard for you: showing your queue and stats, scheduling posts, sending you reminders and drafting captions. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with other users.
Services we rely on
- Cloudflare hosts the app and its database and handles sign-in.
- OpenAI receives video titles and notes when you ask for a caption draft.
- Telegram delivers reminders if you link a Telegram chat.
- Google Drive and Notion are read when you choose to import from them.
How we protect it
Platform access tokens are encrypted (AES-GCM) before they are stored and are never shown in the browser. Data is sent over HTTPS.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your data while your workspace exists. Disconnecting an account in Post Mom deletes its stored tokens right away. You can also revoke access from the platform itself (for example, Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites). To delete your whole workspace and everything in it, email us and we will do so within 30 days.
