These terms cover your use of Post Mom, a content dashboard operated by Kevin Tung (“we”). By using Post Mom you agree to them.

The service

Post Mom helps you plan, schedule and track posts across your social accounts. It reads data from accounts you connect; it does not publish to them. Features may change, and the service is provided as is, without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Your accounts and content

You must have the right to connect each social account you add and to use the content you upload or import. You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for following each platform’s own terms, including Instagram’s, TikTok’s and YouTube’s.

Acceptable use

Do not use Post Mom to break the law, to access accounts you do not control, or to interfere with the service or the platforms it connects to.

Ending use

You can stop using Post Mom and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms. See the Privacy Policy for how data is deleted.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed posts or lost revenue, arising from your use of Post Mom.
